Lectotype (Jonsell & Jarvis in Nordic J. Bot. 22: 79. 2002): Herb. Clifford: 114, Linum 6 (BM-000558461) .

Current name: Radiola linoides Roth View in CoL ( Linaceae ).

Note: Smith (in Hubbard & Milne-Redhead, Fl. Trop. E. Africa, Linaceae : 11. 1966) wrongly indicated 396.38 (LINN) as a syntype but as this statement implies no intention to indicate a single nomenclatural type (unlike the use of holotype, lectotype or neotype), this is not regarded as a correctable error.
