Aldama: ND, Iguanidae gen. sp. (Paredes-León et al. 2008; Guzmán-Cornejo et al. 2011). Matamoros: (1F, 1M, CANAC005113) ND, ND (Sánchez-Cordero et al. 2021) 3.
Distribution: Tamaulipas Province and Veracruzan Province.
Note: This species is considered Neotropical, but for Tamaulipas, the information provided for the species has been based on specimens collected in the Nearctic region ( Guzmán-Cornejo et al. 2011; Guglielmone et al. 2023).
