Diagnosis. Gular sutures confluent in anterior third of head, finished in confluent point; antennae with 10 or 11 antennomeres; antennal club composed of two antennomeres; antennomere 5 about as large as 4 and 6; tarsal formula 2-2-2; aedeagus symmetric with strongly enlarged parameres, largely covering distal part of median lobe, with some distal setae.
Remarks. Smaller genus, with 7 species, 3 species are in France and Italy, one Italian species is also recorded from Slovenia, two species are in Greece, one in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and one on the island Samothráki. One species is known from Montenegro and one from Romania.
