Stem 25-90 cm. Basal leaves mostly present at anthesis, lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, rounded to shallowly cordate at base, longpetiolate; cauline leaves similar, but cuneate at base. Inflorescence cylindrical, rarely ovoid, eventually elongating and lax. Corolla deep blue. 2л = 24. Meadows and wood-margins', calcifuge. • E. Alps and N. W. Jugoslavia. Au Ju.
