Leaf-segments with slightly revolute margins. Capitula 3-7 cm in diameter. Involucral bracts flat at the base, with arachnoid indumentum, the outer herbaceous, less than | as long as the inner. Achenes tuberculate, ribbed, slightly glandular-hairy, pale yellowish. Calcicole. 9 C. part of Balkan peninsula.
