Notes: The species P.scorpioides inhabits mainly decaying organic material ( KaňuchovÁ et al. 2015; Christophoryová et al. 2017c; Garbiec et al. 2022). It can also be found in soil ( Christophoryová 2013; Christophoryová et al. 2016), in anthills ( Christophoryová et al. 2017a), tree hollows ( KrajčovičovÁ & ChristophoryovÁ 2014; ChristophoryovÁ et al. 2017b) or in Malaise traps ( KrajčovičovÁ & ChristophoryovÁ 2014). More than 20 new sampling sites enriched the distribution of P. scorpioides in Bratislava and confirmed its known habitat preferences.
