Comments: This species is known from Palawan, New Ireland, New Britain, Sabah, Singapore, VietNam, New Guinea. It is known in New Guinea from NorthWest at Waris (South Hollandia), Bokondini ( 40km North of Baliem valley), NorthEast at Wanuma (Adelbert Mts.), South East at Laloki and Brown River (both near Port Moresby) ( Drake & Ruhoff 1965). This is the most widespread species of the genus. Eritingis pacifica (Kirkaldy) is known from New Britain and Fiji ( Drake & Ruhoff 1965). The other seven species inhabit Australia.
