Type locality: “ Myanmar (Burma), 50 km E Putao, env. Nan Thi village , 950m ” ( Volynkin 2018) .

Type material examined. Holotype: male, Myanmar (Burma), 50 km E Putao, env. Nan Thi village , 950 m, 11– 16.V.1998, leg. Murzin & Sinjaev, slide ZSM Arct. 151/2017³ Volynkin (Coll. MWM / ZSM) . Paratypes: 1 male, 1 female, same data as in the holotype, slide ZSM Arct. 08/2017 ♀ Volynkin (Coll. MWM / ZSM) .

Additional material examined. INDIA: male, [Meghalaya, Khasi Hills] Khasis, Nat. Coll, Doncaster private coll. Purch. 1927, slide AV6468³ Volynkin (Coll. OUMNH) .

Diagnosis. The forewing length is 10 mm in males and 11 mm in the female. The detailed comparison of L. cernyi and L. ratnasambhava sp. n. is provided above under the diagnosis of the new species.

Distribution. Northern Myanmar (Kachin State) and Northeast India (Meghalaya, new country record).
