Current status. Junior synonym of Anthidium ( Anthidium) taeniatum Latreille, 1809 View in CoL (according to Pasteels 1969b: 99).

Distribution. Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Southern Europe, Russia (North Caucasus), Israel, Turkey, Iran, Turkmenistan ( Radoszkowski 1893; Warncke 1982; Kasparek 2022; Fateryga & Proshchalykin 2024).
