Short redescription. Body blackish; body length of ♀ 3.2 mm (1), of ♂ 2.8 mm (1); length of fore wing of ♀ 3.5 mm (1), of ♂ 3.1 mm (1); antenna blackish, with 25 antennomeres (♀: Figs 21B View FIGURE 21 , 22G View FIGURE 22 ); mandible brownish, with fourth tooth distinctly visible ( Figs 22H, 22K–L View FIGURE 22 ); pronope deep and rather large ( Fig. 22I View FIGURE 22 ); mesoscutum smooth and glabrous, notauli largely absent, only anteriorly present; medio-posterior depression of mesoscutum round and rather shallow ( Fig. 22C View FIGURE 22 ); precoxal sulcus absent ( Fig. 22D View FIGURE 22 ); pterostigma and other veins brownish yellow, pterostigma distinctly developed, directly narrowed apically, maximum width of pterostigma 5 × width of vein 1-R1 medially; vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal ( Fig. 22A View FIGURE 22 ); legs rather brownish yellow ( Fig. 21A View FIGURE 21 ); length of setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.30 × as long as fore wing and 0.29 × body ( Fig. 22E View FIGURE 22 ).
