Type material.

Holotype. Diagnostic description.

Propodeum areola well defined and bounded by carinae; T 1 parallel-sided and comparatively broad (T 1 length 1.2 × T 1 width at posterior margin); T 1 with some sculpture on posterior 0.5; T 2 transverse, its width at posterior margin> 3.0 × its central length; T 2 mostly sculptured, but with smooth areas centrally and laterally near posterior margin; hypopygium with several pleats; ovipositor sheath 0.6 × as long as metatibia; tegula and humeral complex brown; profemur entirely yellow; pro- and mesocoxae brown, metacoxa dark brown to black; most of metafemur (except for anterior 0.2 yellow) and most of metatibia (except for anterior 0.4 yellow) brown; body length: 2.30 mm; fore wing length: 2.60 mm. This species is distinctive because of its short ovipositor sheath, T 1 and T 2 sculpture and body size and color.
