Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ) wingspan 13.0–15.0 mm. This species resembles D. fuscahopa Li & Zheng, 1996 superficially. It can be separated from D. fuscahopa by the forewing having a narrow yellowish brown, jagged, arcuate fascia from 3/4 of costal margin reaching above tornus; in the male genitalia by the sicae separated from base ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ); and in the female genitalia by the eighth tergite with a sclerotized semicircular plate on the posterior margin ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 26 – 30 ). In D. fuscahopa , the forewing has no fascia, the sicae are fused in basal 1/4, and the eighth tergite has a sclerotized, triangular plate on the posterior margin ( Li & Zheng, 1996: 242, Figs 51, 52).
Distribution. Cambodia (Mondul Kili), China ( Guizhou, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Zhejiang).
