Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. ped ., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—monolocular globular gall ( 15–20 mm Ø) in buds (- a -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: the forests—Dumbrӑveni, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, ( Şchiopu, 1980), Ion Corvin, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest and „the grey oaks” Natural Reserve), CT county (author, a new record).
