Host plants/gall: Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r. (- a -), Q. cer . (- s -)—monolocular gall on acorn’s cup (- a -); ovoidal gall (± 1.5 mm Ø) on male catkins (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: Caraorman and Letea forests (into Danube Delta) TL county ( Mustaţӑ & Andriescu, 1994), Valu lui Traian ( Ionescu,1957), forests—Dumbrӑveni, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ ( Şchiopu,1980), Bӑneasa, Viile—forests ( Tudor, 1986), Amzacea forestry band, Ion Corvin forest, Neptun (Comorova forest and “the grey oaks” Natural Reserve), CT county, Babadag forest, Mӑcin Mountains, TL county (author, a new record).
