Host plants/gall: Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—ovoidal gall (± 3 mm Ø) on leaves or catkins (- a -); lemon fruit shaped gall ( 3–5 mm long / 3 mm Ø) on along petiol of catkins (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: the forests—Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
