Host plants/gall: Q. pet ., Q.pub ., Q. r. (- a -), Q. cer . (- s -)—sphaerical galls (± 4 mm Ø) in accessory buds on the bark of the trunk or older branches (both generations).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Murfatlar, Valu lui Traian ( Ionescu, 1957), Dobrogea Province ( Ionescu, 1973), Amzacea forestry band, Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ forest, Neptun resort, CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
