Andricus cydoniae Giraud, 1859 (*)

Remark: It is the sexual generation of the species Andricus conificus ( Sottile et al. 2022) .

Host plant/gall: Q. cer .—multilocular gall (± 20 mm Ø) in buds at the tip of shoots.

Distribution in Dobrogea: the forests—Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).

(*) new record for Dobrogea Province.
