Host plant/gall: Q. cer . —unilocular galls, elongated (± 5 mm), cylindrical and bented, stringed along male catkins (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Neptun (Comorova forest) ( Şchiopu & Andriescu, 2002), the forests—Esechioi, Şipotele (author, a new record).

(*) new record for Dobrogea Province.
