Cerroneuroterus minutulus ( Giraud, 1859)

Host plant/gall: Q. cer .—spherical gall ( 1.2–1.6 mm Ø) on uppersaid of leaves (- a -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Dobrogea Province ( Ionescu, 1973), the forests—Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Dumbrӑveni, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).

Remark: Recently, by laboratory experiments and molecular data, the life cycle of Cerroneuroterus minutulus ( Giraud, 1859) a species previously known only from its asexual generation, has been closed (Sotille et al. 2024). Thus, Cerroneuroterus aggregatus ( Wachtl, 1880) , has been confirmed as the sexual generation and the synonym junior of C. minutulus ( Giraud, 1859) .
