Host plant/gall: Q. cer .—solitary ovoidal gall (± 3 mm Ø), which transverse on both faces of the leaves (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Valu lui Traian ( Tudor, 1986), Esechioi forest, CT county (Şchiopu herein recorded).
