Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. ped ., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r., Q. cer . (?)—globular gall (± 2 cm Ø) on underside of leaves (- a -); ovoidal-cylindrical galls ( 2–3 mm long) in dormant buds of trunk or on young shoots (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: vicinity of CocoŞ Monastery, Isaccea, Malcoci, Niculiţel, Tulcea ( Borcea, 1912), forests— Caraorman and Letea in Danube Delta ( Mustaţӑ & Andriescu, 1994) TL county; Valu lui Traian ( Ionescu, 1957), the forests—Dumbrӑveni, Negru Vodӑ ( Şchiopu, 1980), Amzacea forestry band, forests—Esechioi, Ion Corvin, Neptun (Comorova forest and ‚the grey oaks’ Natural Reserve) CT county, Babadag forest, Mӑcin Mountains, TL county (author, a new record).
