Описание лектотипа. Половозрелый самец. L. – 81; L. cd. – 144; Pil. – 18; Lt. c. – 13; Al. c. – 11.5; Na. – 1/1 с обеих сторон; Lab. – 6/6; F. l. – 4/4. Окраска фиксированного экземпляра. Общий фон верхней части тела синевато-зеленый. Пилеус светло-коричневый, без выраженного рисунка. На спине имеются немногочисленные мелкие черные пятнышки, занимающие по размеру одну–две чешуи. По бокам тела до уровня передних конечностей выражен двойной ряд светлых пятен (глазков), обрамленных черными пятнами. Фон нижней части тела беловатожелтый.

S. l. – 6/6; C. s.1 – 5/5; C. s.2 – 3; Mas. – medium on both sides; Tym. – absent on both sides; Sup. gran. – 1/1; Sup. – 2/2; G. – 21; Col. – 8; Sq. – 48; Ventr.1 – 24; Ventr. 2 – 6; P. fm. – 15/15; Inter fm. – 2; Pr. an.1 – 6; Pr. an.2 – 2; An. i. – 2.28.

Coloration of specimen fixed in alcohol. The general coloring of dorsal surface of the body is bluish green. Pileus is light brown, without a pronounced pattern. On the back there are small black specks occupying one or two scales in size. Up to the level of the forelimbs, on the sides of the body there is a double row of light spots, framed with black spots. The background of the lower body is whitish yellow.
