Fissidens pusillus (Wilson) Milde – Mozhaisk District, Sem Kluchei (“Seven Springs”) (55°24'13.4"N –

36°07'59.9"E); on a stone block along the bank of the Protva river, the block is surrounded by waters; part of gametophytes has direct contact with water, while the rest has inconstant contact with water, sometimes flooding when the water level in the river rises; in the open sun, not hidden from the sun's rays; sporophytes are abundant; only F. pusillus grew on the stone, 13.XI.2020 Ishchenko # 2 [Ищенко] {MHA}. Fissidens pusillus was reported from Moscow Province by Ignatov & Ignatova (1990), however that time the name was used for a species now called F. gracilifolius . Ignatov & Ignatova (2003) excluded this species from the Middle European Russia.

Orthotrichum anomalum Hedw. – Odintsovo District, Volkovo (55°40'43.3"N – 36°41'29.2"E); on a stone fence near a residential mansion; in the open sun; sporophytes are abundant; grew with Ceratodon purpureus , Amblystegium serpens, Schistidium submuticum, 15.XI.2020 Ishchenko # 4 [Ищенко] {MHA}.

Dicranum tauricum Sapjegin – Mytischi (55°55'58.4"N – 37°34'35.7"E); on the living trunk of a large Betula growing along the bank of the Devkin stream; the light is diffused, the whole day is hidden from direct sunlight by the crowns of forest trees; sporophytes are absent; grew up next to Callicladium haldanianum , 27.VIII.2020 Ishchenko # 1 [Ищенко] {MHA}. First record in the province was done in 2009, not far from this place (MFR database, http://arctoa.ru/Flora/ basa.php).

Hygroamblystegium humile (P. Beauv.) Vanderp., Hedenäs & Goffinet – Mozhaisk district, Sem Kluchei   GoogleMaps (“Seven Springs”) (55°24'15.4"N – 36°07'57.2"E); on a rotten piece of a tree trunk on wood, on the bank near the Protva river; sporophytes are absent; grew up next to Leptodictyum riparium , 29.XI.2020 Ishchenko # 3[Ищенко] {MHA}.

Philonotis caespitosa Jur. – Solnechnogorsk District, Malino (55°58'19.2"N – 37°13'25.8"E); on a path made of wooden wet boards, along the shore of Schepkino Boloto Lake; has indirect contact with water, located on a very wet substrate; not protected from direct sunlight; sporophytes are absent; grew up next to a small group Bryum argenteum (on the wooden boards) and Sphagnum angustifolium , S. fallax , Straminergon stramineum (on the edge of the lake), 30.VIII.2020 Ishchenko # 5 [Ищенко] {MHA}.
