Maba obducta H.Perrier, Mémoires de l’Institut scientifique de Madagascar, sér. B, 4: 98 (1952). — Lectotype (here designated): Decary 5123 (incorrectly cited in protologue as Decary 6123) (P! [ P00541771 ]; iso-, G!, MO!, P! [ P00541772 ], TEF!).
Decary 5123 is here chosen as the lectotype of Maba obducta H.Perrier instead of the other syntype ( Decary 5612) because it has widely distributed duplicates.
