Distribution in Laos. Houaphan Province (BOLD).
Remark. Although there are no reports on records of Actias chapae (Mell, 1950) from Laos, the sequences and the photos of this species from Laotian province, Houaphan Province are uploaded to BOLD (sample IDs SASNC4368-20 and SASNC4369-20).
