Antennomere 4 equal in length and width, about 0.8 times as long as and about 1.1 times as wide as antennomere 3. Antennomeres 6- 8 rounded. Antennomere 6 about 0.9 times as long as wide, about 0.9 times as long as antennomere 5. Antennomere 7 about 0.8 times as long as wide, about 1.1 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as antennomere 6. Antennomere 8 about 0.8 times as long as wide, 1.2 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as antennomere 7. Club compact, about 1.8 times as long as wide. Pronotum companiform, 1.4-1.5 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.9 times as long as wide in middle, slightly shorter than wide at base. Greatest width in middle. Disk densely punctate by large points. Scutellum small, trapezoidal. Elytra suboval, 1.5-1.7 times as long as wide at base, about 1.3 times as long as wide in middle, 2.2-2.7 times as long as wide at apex, 2.1-2.4 times as long as pronotum. Humeri smoothed. Greatest width in middle. Interstriae wide, 1.7-3.0 times as wide as striae width, flat, densely punctate. Striae quite deep, with elongated points. Procoxal cavities rounded and contiguous. Tarsomere 3 wide bilobed. Tarsmomere 4 short. Tarsomere 5 elongated. Claws long and free. Length of body: 3.1 mm. Length of rostrum: 1.0- 1.1 mm.

Differential diagnosis. The new species is similar to N. ( A.) imprudens Faust, 1885 from Kyrgyzstan (fig. 2) but differs from it in the smaller body sizes, the pronotum punctate by large points, densely punctate elytral interstriae with long setae, and the apex of the aedeagus weakly extended forward.

Etymology. The species is named in honor of Dr. Izbasar Temreshev ( Kazakhstan, Almaty).
