Material examined. MONGOLIA: 3 ♂♂, 3 ♀♀: Bajanchongor Aimak, Bajangov / Urgun, Ikh Bogd , 44°51’30.50’’N 100°25’08.90’’E. 2500 m a.s.l., stoned steppe, bank of stream. P. Schnitter, F. Schnitter & D. Rolke leg. (cSh, NME) GoogleMaps ; CHINA: LIAONING: 2 ♂♂, 1 ♀: Jinzhou City Region, Beizhen County, Yiwulü Shan , ca. 5 km NW Beizhen City ( Guaning ), Toudao Gou He (= 1st Valley River ). ca 200 m a.s.l., 2–5 m wide, only partly shaded, flowing through Chinese Pine ( Pinus tabulaeformis ) forest, strongly washed out due to heavy spates which occurred 2 weeks before [32]. 22.08.1994. leg. M.A. Jäch, L. Ji & M. Wang leg. ( NMW) .
Remarks. Geodromicus frigidus ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–3 ) is known from Mongolia, north-eastern China and North Korea (Cheng et al. 2020). It is here recorded from Liaoning for the first time.
