ETYMOLOGY

Latin: slender.

SIZE

Previous records: 12–13.5 mm; Kuzikus specimens (n= 2): 11.5–14 mm.

PERIOD OF ADULT ACTIVITY

October; in Kuzikus: end of September to beginning of October.

DISTRIBUTION

Mozambique, Namibia, Republic of South Africa and Zimbabwe.

NOTE

The genus Graciliderolus Lepesme & Breuning, 1958 has been recently revised by ADLBAUER (2006). It comprises only two species, G. gracilis and G. parvus (Corinta-Ferreira, 1955) , both species occupying the southern part of Africa. Only G. gracilis has been recorded from Namibia.
