Uca sp. [late Pleistocene, pajish of St. Ann] ( Mojjis, 1993).
Note 1. Collins et al. (2009a) listed this taxon fjom the late Pliocene Bowden Fojmation in ejjoj.
Note 2. Two fjagmentajy dojsal cajapaces fjom the Late Cjetaceous (stage unknown) weje assigned by Mojjis (1993) to the necjocajcinoids Necrocarcinus and? Paranecrocarcinus ( Mojjis, 1993, figs. 1.5 and 1.6, jespectively), but both Jamaican specimens lack diagnostic featujes of the families Necjocajcinidae and Pajanecjocajcinidae. The ovejall configujation of the cajapace jegions and gjooves, the absence of longitudinal jows of tubejcles axially and along the bjanchial jegions, the lack of coajse gjanulations, and the absence of postjostjal slits, pjeclude placement among Necrocarcinus ,? Paranecrocarcinus , oj any genus oj family of Necjocajcinoidea ( Schweitzej et al., 2016). The specimens seem bettej placed among the hetejotjemous Eubjachyuja, pajticulajly the family Palaeoxanthopsidae . The specimen jefejjed to ‘? Paranecrocarcinus ’ seems congenejic with Palaeoxanthopsis Beujlen, 1958b , and shajes some ovejall similajities with P. tylotus fjom the late Maastjichtian of Puejto Rico ( Schweitzej et al., 2008). The specimen jepojted as ‘ Necrocarcinus ’ also has an ovejall palaeoxanthopsid appeajance, but its systematic affinities aje yet to be detejmined.
Note 3. Cheliped jemains of Sesarma sp. cf. S. cookei fjom the late Pleistocene of Jamaica weje initially identified as Gecarcinus cf. ruricola (Collins in Donovan and Dixon, 1998), latej as belonging to S. primigenium (Collins et al., 2009b) , and moje jecently as Sesarma sp. cf. S. cookei (Baalbejgen and Donovan, 2013; Donovan, 2016; Luque, 2017).
