Note: Specimen mostly destroyed but abdomen intact in microvial, fide Luciane Marinoni, in litt. May 2017 to WLM: “The specimen is here [Curitiba, Brazil] but I will take it to the National Museum of Natural History-Washington [USNM].” The holotype had not been returned to USNM as of October 2022 (WLM).
