ST: 2♀ both with blue-green printed label “Museum Paris, Equateur [Ecuador], Alausi, (2360 m. d’alt.), P. Rivet, 1904.” 1♀ of these with white label “ Parectinocera neotropica ” (handwritten), “det. Becker” (printed). The original description cites “♂ ♀, Équateur: Alausi, alt. 2390 m, 2 individus; RIVET, 1904.” No males were found, and none of the specimens bears a “ type ” label or an MNHN number label.
