Type locality. Sweden, Gotland, Östergötland, Vadstena .
Syntypes. 4♂ and 6♀ ( MZLU) .
Distribution. Cosmopolitan. Brazil, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Greece, Jamaica, Madagascar, Nepal, Spain, Sweden. Chile:. Región de Valparaíso: Valparaiso Province ( Valparaíso). Región de La Araucanía: Malleco Province (Angol). Región de Los Lagos: Osorno Province (Osorno).
