Planta de 4-15 cm, arqueado-ascendente o procumbente. Hojas 5-10 × 4-6 mm, espatuladas, enteras; las superiores, algo menores; todas glabras o con escasos cilios en el pecíolo. Sépalos ± erectos. Pétalos blancos o levemente rosados. Fruto 5,5-6 × 4-5 mm, oval o algo rectangular; lóbulos triangulares, agudos, mucronulados o no, con borde externo algo redondeado; escotadura de 90° o más; estilo apenas exerto. 2 n = 14.
Pedregales silíceos; 3000-3200 m. VI-VII.. Zona cacuminal de Sierra Nevada . Esp.: Gr.
