Length: 55.7–67.2 µm; width: 7.3–9.5 µm; striae: 6–9 in 10 µm (n = 5)
Teratological form: deformed valve outline, with depression in the ventral region of the valve. Some individuals presented valves more curved ventrally. Unusual striae pattern.
Occurrence: S1, S4.
