Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: West Bengal: Sukna , 10.xi.1981, S. Viraktamath Coll. ( USAB).
Remarks. Viraktamath & Meshram (2017) adequately described and illustrated the species based on single male collected from Sukna ( West Bengal). It is so far known from northeast India only. It differs from M. determinatus (Distant) in having a much narrower apophysis of the style ( Fig. 28 J View FIGURES 28 ) and from M. cardoni Viraktamath & Meshram in the curvature of the dorsal marginal sclerotized process of the pygofer.
