General distribution. Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola and Puerto Rico.
Distribution in the DR. Known only from two specimens from Barahona and Pedernales ( Fig 2. C View FIGURE 2 ).
Habitat. It is probably a species of semi-desert dry environments, although it is difficult to generalize as only two specimens are known from the island.
Host plants. Larval stages and host plants unknown.
Material examined.
Haxaire: Pedernales, Cabo Rojo, Alcoa: 6 m, 4/2000, 1 ♂, leg. R. E. Woodruff and T. J. Henry .
