General distribution. South USA to Argentina including the West Indies.

Distribution in the DR. Widespread throughout the country.

Habitat. A fairly generalist species, flying in open environments, but also in forested areas at low and medium elevations.

Host plants. Vitaceae , but also Dilleniaceae .
