Moscha Walker View in CoL is a junior homonym of Moscha Brookes, 1828: 102 View in CoL ( Aves). There is no objective replacement name but M. posticalis View in CoL is conspecific with Hypertrocta marmorata Hampson, 1893 View in CoL , the type species of Hypertrocta Hampson, 1893 View in CoL . The latter is therefore available for use as a subjective replacement name ( Nye 1975).
