Collection information.

USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: six individuals from two sites. Caught in flight trap from 9 March – 9 April 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern North America.

Saproxylic habits.

Larvae develop within the shelf fungus Fuscoporia gilva (Schwein.) T. Wagner and M. Fisch. ( Hymenochaetaceae ) (Fisher 1950; Crowson 1961); also emerged from living polypores of Fomes fomentarius (L.) Fr. ( Polyporaceae ) ( Matthewman and Pielou 1971).
