Type locality. Described from San Vito lo Capo ( Sicily).
Remarks. Recorded by MolluscaBase (2018) as Alvania electa (Monterosato, 1874) .

Other material. MCZR –M–21841 —1 sh “ Hela glabella Monts nuova rivista p. 25 Palermo 120—300 metri” Type locality. Described from off Palermo ( Sicily).
Remarks. Recorded by MolluscaBase (2018) as taxon inquirendum. The single shell with the original label does not match at all the description (it is a Rissoa sp.). We suspect a misplacing of material, and keep it as a nomen dubium ( Bouchet & Warén, 1993: 809).
