Current status: Anthophora (Melea) cinerithoracis Wu, 1982 View in CoL .

Remark: The subgenus of this taxon was not designated by Wu (1982: 414). Brooks (1988: 478) placed the taxon into the subgenus Melea . Wu (2000) added the holotype identification label with the subgeneric status.

Distribution: China (Xizang).
