Distribution. Ukraine: West, Center. — Europe: Western Europe ( Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland, the Netherlands), Northern Europe ( Finland, Latvia, Lithuania), Southern Europe ( Croatia, Italy), Eastern Europe ( Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia); Israel, Mongolia.

Hosts.
