Diagnosis. Differs from D. helenmirrenae sp. nov. in having enlarged pustules on the carapace, and in the unusual spination ventrally on tibiae III. Females also have longer spermathecae, short thick spine-like serrate setae on the fang shield, and weaker spination on the tibiae and metatarsi.
Etymology. The species is named in honour of actress, Dame Judi Dench.

Carapace: dark shallow cordate depression in front of fovea along anteromedial ridge. Chelicerae with 3–4 thick black tapering fang setae; dentition 2R, 3P. Sternum with domed edges, with shallow but wide medial and radial grooves. Epigyne: two small spiral-ridged fossae set wide (ca. 3–4 diameters apart) lead to short recurved copulatory ducts to large head of spermathecae, folding to narrow dorsal and slightly enlarged basal spermathecae.
