— Current status: Synonym of Calliotrochus marmoreus (Pease, 1861) View in CoL [ Margarita] ( Herbert 1998: 547, 559, figs 1-35; 2015: 51), although this broad geographic synonymy may not hold up to genetic evaluation (D. Herbert, pers. comm., September 25, 2022).
