Neotype (Townsend in Hooker’s Icon. Pl. 38(2): 30. 1975): Herb. Linn. No. 102.19 ( S) .

Current name: Celosia trigyna L. View in CoL ( Amaranthaceae ).

Note: Although Townsend treated material in S as the holotype, there appears to be no original material for this name so his choice is accepted as a neotype (Art. 9.8).
