Material examined. Ukraine, Ternopil Region, deciduous forest near Hlushka , in litter, 23.05.3018, 48.7361°N, 25.6511°E, 6 ♂, 1 ♀ GoogleMaps ; Zalishchiky, slope of Dniester river , in moss, 26.05.2018, 48.6322°N, 25.6379°E, 1 ♀ ( Krivosheyev leg) ( SIZK) GoogleMaps .

Distribution. Central and Eastern Europe ( Löbl, 2004).

Notes. The species occurs in mixed forests in Carpathians and also in deciduous forests with old oaks in Kyiv and Kharkiv Regions ( Roubal, 1930; Neuhäuser-Happe, 1995; Krivosheyev, 2015). First record from Ternopil Region.
