Spiriverpa View in CoL is a Holarctic genus of six species, four in the Nearctic and two in the Palaearctic realms ( Webb 2005). The species are primarily boreal in distribution; habitats include beaches, dunes, sandy pine woods and other forests, fens and marshes, old fields, and farmland ( Webb 2005).
