Remarks.—This species was described from numerous specimens from Costa Rica ( Alajuela, Guanacaste, and Puntarenas).

Material examined.— BELIZE ( new country record), Stann Creek District, 1 male, Bocawina / Mayflower National Park , 16 km W of Dangriga, 9– 12 January, 2018, J. A. Smith, collector ( LGBC) .
