Remarks.—Thomson described this species in Ibidion from a single male from Mexico. The species is known from the United States ( Texas), Mexico ( Tamaulipas, San Luís Potosí, Chiapas, Veracruz, and Oaxaca), Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.

Material examined.— BELIZE ( new country record), Stann Creek District, 1 specimen, Toucan Ridge Ecology & Education Society field station ( TREES), Middlesex, 37 km W of Dangriga , malaise trap, 15 January–1 February, 2016, L. G. Bezark collector ( LGBC) .
