Vietnam: Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Ha Noi, Yen Bai; China; Myanmar ( Arrow, 1917; Lin, 1996b; Paulian, 1959).
The Anomala truncata complex taxon is very complicated for comprising numerous of variable populations. Specimens currently identified as A. truncata chlorochelys from northern Vietnam and northeastern Myanmar are morphologically distinct.A review of this complex is needed.
